Isil has a wealth of experience, of more than 20 years, from the world's largest technology companies like NCR, Cisco, and Alcatel. She has multicultural leadership experience working with diverse and distributed teams across a multi country region through direct and indirect business models. Her last role was Area Vice President in NCR for the Growth Markets Region. She joined Dell Technologies Turkey as General Manager in July 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrics and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University of Turkey. Isil is actively working on gender equality-women’s equal representation, economically empowering women in the region. She believes in the importance of examples set by women who are playing active roles in decision making positions to help change the future of society. She’s working very closely with universities and NGOs to support female students in their career planning and development. She’s married with two children.
