TÜBİSAD Management Renewed Confidence
TÜBİSAD management renewed confidence The Ordinary General Assembly of the Informatics Industry Association (TÜBİSAD) was held. Kübra Erman Karaca, who has served as the chairman of the board since 2015, has been reelected as president for the new management board where information and communication technologies and well-known names of e-commerce sectors are present. Nazım Özdemir and Levent Kızıltan were elected as Vice Chairmen of the Board of Directors. TÜBİSAD Chairman Kübra Erman Karaca said that TÜBİSAD is an association of sectors representing 95% of the information and communication technology sector worth 117 billion TL, which is the common voice of companies operating in the telecommunication and new media fields. Karaca continued:
"If the goal of Turkey is being among the economies with the highest competitiveness power in the world, then we have to follovv the work of digitization and perform accordingly. With digital transformation, we can increase our competitive povver and we can create a Turkish industry that receives more shares in world value Chain with value added industry. Within this scope, we find the "High Technology Transfer Program in Industry" initiated by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Industry very valuable. With this program we organized the "Information Industry Summit" in collaboration with the Ministry. We will continue to work with the Artificial Intelligence, BlockChain - Finance Technologies, Digital Competencies - Qualified Human Power and Cyber Security working groups, which we have established with our Ministry of Science, Technology and İndustry, on the transition of high technology production and digital economy transformation in the industry."
